It’s hard to believe that we are halfway through the year 2017. I can’t believe it’s already August. If you’re hoping to attend a book fair this year, don’t worry there’s still time. Better yet there are 25 upcoming book fairs scheduled untill the end of the year.
Here is a list of 25 book fairs to attend for writers, publishers, agents and authors. A great way to meet others in the industry.
What is a Book Fair? And why you should attend.
Depending on the size of the fair, the smaller ones may have local authors to meet and a huge selection of books to purchase. The larger ones are a collaboration of new and best-selling authors from all genres, book sellers, publishers, literary agencies. Pretty much everything involved with the publishing industry.
The resources available at some of these events can sometimes be overwhelming. If you are a writer/author, it’s a great place to promote your book, meet authors, attend seminars, talk to publishers and literary agencies. And of course, purchase books to add to your personal library.
