Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products (ebooks, digital content)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us if you need to exchange an item.

How to return your item:

Please email us at info@tinahogangrant.com with your order number and reason for return.
 We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
